This player did what Virat-Rohit could not do, annoyed BCCI

Indian cricket team's fast bowler Shardul Thakur became the first Indian cricketer to start outdoor training in Mumbai amid a coronary virus epidemic after getting permission from the government to start personal training in the fourth phase of lockdown.

Shardul Thakur has now come into the limelight with this training, as the BCCI contracted players need to get board approval before starting outdoor training.

The BCCI official said that it is unfortunate that Shardul Thakur decided to start training without getting approval from the board.

The official said, 'Shardul Thakur has not been allowed, because he is a contracted player. Unfortunate they did, which they should not have done. This is not a good move.

Apart from Shardul, Indian team captain Virat Kohli, vice-captain Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer are also present in Mumbai, but none of them decided to start outdoor training, as they say that they are currently in home And he has not touched any sports complex yet.

Shardul is a BCCI contracted player and he is a part of Grade-C in the current contract list. More importantly, he has trained in a city which is currently most vulnerable to the corona virus in the country.

Sources on the board said that Shardul has started training in Palghar district, which is not in the Red Zone. Despite this, his step is not right, because he has not taken approval from BCCI for this.

Reports released in the media said that Shardul did a net practice by the Palghar Dahnu Taluka Sports Association in Boisar.
