Mumbai. Worldwide, people are in panic because of Corona. Thousands of people are dying every day. The lockdown date has been extended to 31 May to prevent epidemics in India. Like the common people, Bollywood celebs are spending time with family at home. Meanwhile, some photos of Akshay Kumar are going viral on social media, in which they are seen on the shooting set. He appeared in Kamalistan Studio along with director R Balki.
In the photos surfaced, Akshay is seen wearing masks on his face, skirts on his shoulders and slippers on his feet. However, there is also some nervousness on his face.
Due to the lockdown, the work of Bollywood and TV industry is down. But Akshay was seen shooting. Seeing the photos, he is thinking that he is shooting his film, but it is not so. Actually, he and R Balki are working on a short film over sanitation and water.
Akshay and the rest of the team were seen wearing masks on the occasion. Not only this, everyone is seen following social distancing. A sanitization booth has also been set up on the set where the entry is being received on the shooting set.
Akshay and Balki were seen in Kamalistan Studio where they completed shooting in two hours. Federation of Western India Cine Employees General Secretary Ashok Dubey said that permission was taken from the Police Commissioner for the shoot.
Dubey said that this is a government aid and he completes the shoot with at least the crew following the rules.
Talking about the shoot, Balki said- Akshay and I shot this ad for the Indian government so that people would be aware of their responsibilities after lockdown.
Balki told that producer Anil Naidu managed everything very well. We did a social distancing maintenance and completed the shoot following all the protocols.
